Her goal was to build a funnel that moved her audience from free value to paid programs on to her high ticket coaching program, without losing connection or authenticity.Her existing process generated engagement but struggled to convert followers into consistent clients.

Upsell to High Ticket Coaching: Positioned the 1-on-1 coaching program as the next logical step after the membership, using client success stories and strategic CTA placement.

CRM & Tracking Integration: Implemented tag-based lead scoring, pipeline stages, and retargeting to track conversions and re-engage interested prospects.
